This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders placed through our online store. Your statutory rights under applicable German and EU consumer protection law remain unaffected.
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement, for example by email, of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us for that order.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Unless otherwise agreed, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods when exercising your right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply where excluded by applicable law.
In particular, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Where applicable, this may include certain sealed vaping products, e-liquids, pods, cartridges or similar consumable items once opened or unsealed.
Your legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are not limited by this policy.
If the goods you receive are defective, damaged, or not the goods you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after receipt so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Please handle the goods with reasonable care. You may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
